The City of Ottawa has received a Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law amendment applications for Caivan (Caivan Renaud Inc.). The site is located on 6101 Renaud Road. The applicant is proposing to develop the lands with 156 townhouse dwellings, 23 detached dwellings, and a mid-rise condominium block. The amendment is needed to permit new residential land uses. More specifically the following zones are proposed: Residential third-density YY, with Site-specific exception for the majority of the subject lands.
