Thanks to the wonderful work of our community’s volunteers, the outdoor rinks at Bradley Ridge Park and Patrick Dugas Park have been incredible community assets.
Councillor Laura Dudas would like to support the work that is being done by providing funding from her Cash-in-Lieu of Parkland fund to provide skate changing and storage shelters for one or both parks.
These shelters are currently being used at a few parks in other areas of the city. If installed in our parks, they would be maintained and operated by the city, and they are durable and multi-purpose.
Community input it essential and the Councillor is seeking your feedback on these proposed shelters.
