The City of Ottawa Planning Department has released their report in response to the Lepine application at 3484 and 3490 Innes Road. Unsurprisingly, City staff suggested that the Planning Committee recommend to Council that an amendment to the zoning by-law, allowing for the proposal be refused. In the report, City staff highlighted many of the same concerns that we as a community flagged, as well as the findings of the Urban Design Review Panel.
