The property owners of 1615 Orléans Boulevard, are seeking to build new rental properties along the edge of the existing Orléans Gardens Plaza, alongside Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard.
On April 25, 2023, the Ottawa City planners assessing the site plan application, joined by the developer, hosted an open house meeting with the community to explain the project; explain how the application is processed, in particular, the impacts of the recent changes by the Ontario Government to the Planning Act; as well as answer questions and concerns from local residents.
