The contest is open to children and youth who live in Orléans West–Innes. Submissions can be dropped off at my special mailboxes in:
– the Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Complex (at the service desk)
– my ward office in the Lois Kemp Arena
– the Ottawa Public Library’s Orléans and Blackburn Hamlet branches.

I encourage parents, teachers, and caregivers to help spread the word. Every entry is appreciated, and all participants will be recognized for their contributions.
